Beadnell Bay has a stunning long crescent beach where every water sport imaginable is on offer. Explore around Beadnell harbour, traditional Northumberland cobles still fish out of here for wild salmon and sea trout. The village has two fantastic local pubs that also serve great food and a fabulous restaurant in the Saltwater Cafe.
Close by you have Seahouses the gateway to the Farne Islands, visit Bamburgh Castle, Budle Bay and the stunning Low Newton where you can catch lunch by the waterside at the Ship inn. The stunning market town of Alnwick, Alnwick Gardens and Alnwick Castle are a short 7 mile drive away.
